Manifest (“the Service”) is a Figma plugin and companion web service operated by TribalHouse (contact: support@tribalhousestudios.com). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms.
The Service
Manifest lets you commit snapshots of Figma design elements, group them into releases, and share release history with your team. The Service is provided from within Figma via our plugin, together with web pages for sign-in, history, invitations, and checkout.
Accounts
You sign in with your email address via a magic link. You are responsible for keeping access to your email account secure.
You must provide accurate information and may not impersonate another person or organization.
Workspace owners and admins are responsible for who they invite to their workspace.
Plans, billing, and payments
The Service offers a free tier with usage limits, and a paid Team plan billed monthly per seat.
All payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd (trading as Paddle), our merchant of record. Your purchase is additionally governed by Paddle’s Buyer Terms.
Seat counts can be increased or decreased at any time; Paddle prorates changes according to its billing rules.
You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect according to the option you choose at cancellation (immediately or at the end of the current billing period); see our Refund Policy.
Prices may change; we will give existing subscribers advance notice before a price change affects them.
Your content
You retain all rights to the design data you commit through the Service.
You grant TribalHouse a limited license to store, process, and display that data solely to provide the Service to you and your workspace members.
We do not sell your design data or use it to train machine learning models. See the Privacy Policy for full details on data handling and retention.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to the content you commit.
Acceptable use
You may not:
use the Service to store or distribute unlawful content;
attempt to gain unauthorized access to other workspaces or accounts, or probe or disrupt the Service’s infrastructure;
resell or white-label the Service without our written agreement;
abuse free-tier or trial mechanics (for example by creating accounts in bulk to evade limits).
Availability and disclaimer
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We work to keep the Service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and the Service depends on third-party platforms (Figma, Supabase, Paddle, Cloudflare) that we do not control.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TribalHouse is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits, or business, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Termination
You may stop using the Service and request deletion of your account and data at any time (see the Privacy Policy).
We may suspend or terminate accounts that materially violate these terms. Where practicable we will warn you first.
Changes to these terms
If we make material changes, we will update the effective date and, where practicable, notify users via the plugin or by email. Continuing to use the Service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance.
Governing law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana, and any disputes arising out of or relating to them or your use of the Service are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana.
