Manifest — Effective date: July 10, 2026

Manifest (“the Service”) is a Figma plugin and companion web service operated by TribalHouse (contact: support@tribalhousestudios.com). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms.

The Service

Manifest lets you commit snapshots of Figma design elements, group them into releases, and share release history with your team. The Service is provided from within Figma via our plugin, together with web pages for sign-in, history, invitations, and checkout.

You may not:

Availability and disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We work to keep the Service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and the Service depends on third-party platforms (Figma, Supabase, Paddle, Cloudflare) that we do not control.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TribalHouse is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits, or business, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes to these terms

If we make material changes, we will update the effective date and, where practicable, notify users via the plugin or by email. Continuing to use the Service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana, and any disputes arising out of or relating to them or your use of the Service are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana.
