Refund Policy

Manifest — Effective date: July 10, 2026

Manifest is operated by TribalHouse. All payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd (trading as Paddle), our merchant of record — the charge on your statement will appear as Paddle, and refunds are issued through Paddle to your original payment method.

Monthly subscriptions

• You can cancel your Team subscription at any time from the billing screen in the plugin. At cancellation you choose whether it ends immediately or at the end of the current billing period; no further renewals are charged after it ends.
• If you believe a renewal was charged in error, contact us within 7 days of the charge and we will refund it.
• Duplicate or accidental charges are refunded in full — just let us know.

First purchase

If the Team plan doesn’t work out for you, contact us within 7 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full — no questions asked.

How to request a refund

• Email support@tribalhousestudios.com with the email address you used at checkout; or
• contact Paddle directly via paddle.net with your order details.

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method by Paddle; bank processing times vary (typically 5–10 business days).

Nothing in this policy limits any statutory rights you may have under the consumer protection laws of your country (for example in the EU or UK).
